Shipping policy

Processing time: orders of up to 10 items typically leave our hands within 1-2 business days. Larger or bulk orders (parties, classrooms) may take up to 5 business days, since everything — handmade kits and 3D-printed pieces alike — is made in-house, not mass-produced.

Shipping time: once shipped, delivery typically takes 5 business days depending on your location — you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates: calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. 

Lost or damaged packages: if your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email hello@creatorykidslab.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
