Shipping policy
Every Creatory Kids Lab order is prepared with care in our small studio. The estimates below begin after processing and are not guarantees.
Processing time
Orders of up to 10 items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Larger, personalized, party, or classroom orders may require up to 5 business days because our handmade kits and 3D-printed pieces are prepared in-house.
United States shipping
- Standard shipping: $3.50 for orders under $35 and free for orders of $35 or more. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after processing.
- Express shipping: $10. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after processing.
3D Puzzle shipping: Certain 3D Puzzle products use a separate shipping profile. Standard shipping is $6 for orders under $35 and free for orders of $35 or more, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days after processing.
International shipping
International delivery is available for eligible products and destinations. Available DHL, FedEx, or USPS rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Some products may only be available for delivery within the United States.
Tracking and delivery
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incorrect delivery address can affect arrival times.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email hello@creatorykidslab.com with your order number and, for damage, clear photos of the package and item. We’ll help make it right.
