Refund policy

We want you and your kids to love what you make. Our return policy depends on which kind of product you ordered:

Handmade kits (plaster painting, sidewalk chalk, sensory boxes) — final sale, no returns. These are made to order by hand in small batches, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind. If yours arrives damaged, defective, or missing pieces, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@creatorykidslab.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

3D-printed PLA pieces — returns accepted. You can return unused, unopened 3D-printed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Email hello@creatorykidslab.com with your order number to start a return. As always, if an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
