A little help goes a long way

Tell us what's on your mind.

There is no perfectly worded message required. Just tell us what you need, and we'll take it from there.

A question about your order?
Add your order number, if you have it. If something arrived damaged or a piece is missing, tell us what happened so we can help.
Something worth celebrating?
For party favors, classroom activities or personalized gifts, share the quantity and date you have in mind. We'll help you explore the possibilities.
Not sure where to start?
Tell us their age and what they love: dinosaurs, painting, tiny worlds, big colors. We can help you find an activity to explore.

You can write to us directly. Need to show us a damaged item or packaging? Email is the best place to attach your photos.
