Privacy policy
Creatory Kids Lab ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from creatorykidslab.com, and how we use it.
Information we collect: name, email, shipping/billing address, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we never store your full card number). We also collect basic browsing data (device, browser, pages visited) to keep the store running smoothly.
How we use it: to process and ship your order, respond to questions, send order updates, and — only if you opt in — send occasional emails about new kits or promotions. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing: we share data only with the services that make the store work (Shopify, our payment processor, and our shipping carrier), never for marketing purposes with unrelated third parties.
Your rights: you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing hello@creatorykidslab.com.

Optional family profiles: Adults may choose to save a child’s nickname or first name, birthday month and day (not year), age group, favorite color and favorite hero or character in their Shopify customer account. We use these optional details to keep family preferences together, and record the date and version of the family privacy notice confirmed when saving. Signed-in account holders and authorized store staff can access these profiles. They are not public, and this feature does not send these details to email, advertising or analytics services. Saving a profile does not subscribe anyone to marketing. You can edit or remove profiles in Family Club, or contact hello@creatorykidslab.com for help accessing, correcting or deleting your data.
Optional birthday gifts
Birthday gifts are optional and selected separately for each child in Family Club. Shopify holds the full family profile. When the birthday service is enabled, our Cloudflare service reads only enrolled birthday details: nickname, birthday month and day, profile identifier and adult acceptance record. It does not receive age groups, favorite colors, favorite characters or the details of children who have not opted in. It also reads account identifiers to deliver gifts and check account deletion. Its database stores only the account ID, protected matching identifiers, review state and coupon records—not nicknames or favorites. These records are private but are still linked to your account.
Removing a profile or turning off birthday gifts removes its enrolled details and stops future gifts after the next service check. An already-issued gift keeps its original expiry. Inactive matching records are removed on the first successful check after January 15 following the year the service first processes the withdrawal or its latest gift, whichever is later, and never while a coupon remains valid. Annual coupon records are removed after January 15 following the gift year and expiry. Active matching identifiers stay while the profile participates. Confirmed account deletion removes our linked service records after the deletion check. Checks and cleanup depend on the service being enabled and running successfully.
Gift delivery is inside your signed-in account. No child details are sent to Klaviyo, email, advertising or analytics by this feature. Saving a birthday preference does not create an immediate discount or subscribe anyone to marketing. For access, correction, export or deletion assistance, contact hello@creatorykidslab.com.
