How do I choose the right activity?
Start with what they already love: painting and pretend play, matching puzzles, hands-on sensory play, or drawing outside. There is no perfect finished result to aim for.
Check the age guidance and what is included on the product page. You can browse by activity or ask us for a little help choosing.
What ages are Creatory activities for?
Many activities are labeled ages 3+, but always follow the age guidance for the specific product. Small parts are not suitable for children under 3.
Adult supervision is recommended. Some children like to take the lead; others prefer a helping hand.
What comes with my order?
Each product page lists exactly what is included. Please check that list before ordering—tools, paints and accessories can differ between activities.
For clickers, an individual listing includes one character; a set-of-4 listing includes four. Choose the listing that matches what you want to receive.
Where can I check materials and safety details?
Look at the materials, age guidance and care notes on each product page. Our 3D-printed pieces use PLA plastic; other activities may include plaster, chalk or homemade playdough.
Not every activity is suitable for every child. Keep small parts away from children under 3, supervise play, and contact us before ordering if you need ingredient or material details.
Materials & care
Does the homemade playdough contain allergens?
Our Halloween homemade playdough contains wheat and is made with coconut oil. It is for play, not for eating.
Check the specific listing for ingredient information. If your child has an allergy or ingredient sensitivity, please ask us before purchasing; do not assume the dough is allergen-free.
How do I keep the playdough soft?
Put it back in its tightly sealed container as soon as play is finished. Homemade dough can dry out when exposed to air.
If it starts to feel dry, add 1–2 drops of water and knead well. Add more only a little at a time—too much water can make it sticky. Follow the care instructions for your particular kit.
How should I care for the finished pieces?
Care depends on the material. Keep painted plaster dry and dust it gently. Check the product page before washing or repainting a 3D figure; instructions for Paint & Play figures do not automatically apply to clickers or other products.
Keep the original care notes with the activity. If you are unsure about cleaning a particular piece, send us its product name and we will help.
Will every handmade piece look exactly the same?
Small differences in color, texture or shape can happen with our handmade plaster and chalk pieces. That is part of making them in small batches.
A small handmade variation is different from damage or a missing piece. If something does not look right when it arrives, let us know.

Can I mix different activities for a quantity offer?
Yes—you do not need to stay in one collection. Choose eligible activities from across the shop and check the savings shown in your cart and at checkout before paying.
Offers depend on the active promotion and eligible items; do not assume that a pre-priced set receives an additional discount. See all activities to build your own creative mix.
What can I personalize?
Selected activity packs offer details such as a child’s name, age or party theme. Name crayons and plaster name kits have their own options and pricing on the product page.
Please double-check spelling and the options you select before ordering. If you cannot find the personalization you have in mind, tell us about your idea before purchasing.
Can I order for a party or classroom?
Yes. Please send us your quantity, event date, theme and any personalization details so we can help you choose.
Larger, personalized, party or classroom orders may need up to 5 business days of preparation, plus shipping time. Contact us before placing a time-sensitive order; delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Do you offer digital gift cards?
Yes—Creatory digital gift cards are available in the shop. They do not need physical shipping.
They are a lovely option when you want to give a creative moment and let the family choose the activity.
Shipping & tracking
When will my order arrive?
There are two parts to the timing:
- Preparation: orders of up to 10 items typically ship in 1–2 business days. Larger, personalized, party or classroom orders may take up to 5 business days.
- Shipping: after preparation, standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days; Express at 1–2 business days.
Express shipping does not remove preparation time. Carrier estimates are not guarantees. See the shipping policy for details.
How much is shipping in the U.S.?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. Below $35, the listed standard rate is $3.50 for most orders; certain 3D Puzzle products use a $6 shipping profile. Express is listed at $10.
Your available delivery options and final charge are shown at checkout. Please review them before paying, especially when mixing products. Read the full shipping policy.
How can I track my order?
We send a tracking email when your order ships. Open the tracking link in that email for the carrier’s latest updates, and check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find it.
If the parcel has not arrived or you need help with the tracking, contact us with your order number.
Do you ship outside the United States?
International shipping is available for eligible products and destinations. Some items are available for U.S. delivery only.

Returns & order help
Can I return an activity?
Our policy depends on the product:
- Handmade plaster painting kits, sidewalk chalk and sensory boxes: final sale for change-of-mind returns.
- 3D-printed PLA pieces: unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
For a personalized item or a product not clearly covered above, ask us before purchasing. Contact us before sending a return and review the full refund policy.
What if something arrives damaged or is missing?
Please contact hello@creatorykidslab.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Let us know which piece is damaged, defective or missing.
Our policy provides a replacement or refund at no cost for covered issues. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. See the refund policy.
I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number and the correct address.
We cannot guarantee a change once fulfillment has begun, so please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order.
